We are considered as the data controller (Eva Rent A Car) within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"). We would like to inform you about how we process and transfer your personal data.
1. How We Collect Information
We may collect your personal data in connection with your transactions with us, through your interactions with our websites, at our physical points, from your mobile device or from third parties to the extent legally appropriate.
2. Information Collected About You
The personal data we collect from you (including, but not limited to, your name, age, gender, contact details, location, previous rental information and credit card information) is proportionate to our processing purposes set out in Section 3 below.
3. How We Use Your Personal Data
3.1 Pursuant to Article 5 of the KVKK, the legal reasons for processing your personal data are as follows:
a) You have express consent for the processing of your personal data,
b) It is clearly foreseen in the laws,
c) It is necessary for the protection of the life or physical integrity of the person or someone else who is unable to express his/her consent due to actual impossibility or whose consent is not given legal validity,
d) It is mandatory regarding the establishment or execution of a contract,
e) It is mandatory for us to fulfill our legal obligations,
f) It has been made public by the relevant person himself,
g) Data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right,
h) It is necessary to process data for our legitimate interests, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.
3.2 Subject to the conditions specified in the KVKK, we may use the information we collect for the following purposes (based on your explicit consent and/or where legally permitted):
Managing car rental and commercial relations, communicating with you regarding car rental and assisting you in these matters.
Performing customer service activities and making phone calls regarding customer satisfaction
Verifying driving and credit information (including personal data) provided by you through credit agencies, licensing authorities, fraud prevention agencies/databases and other sources for fraud prevention purposes
To contact you regarding your missing membership form or reservation online.
To provide information about accidents in which you were involved to relevant insurance databases. In this context, processing of personal data may be necessary in cases where it is necessary to create, implement or defend against legal claims.

4. How Your Personal Information May Be Shared and Purposes of Sharing
Based on your explicit consent and/or where legally permitted, your personal data may be shared with the following parties for the purposes specified in Section 3 above:
You may transfer your personal data to Eva Rent A Car Group entities and to our business partners (including our agencies in Turkey), our suppliers and other service providers in Turkey or abroad (including information technology service providers and other consultants). We can transfer (share). Companies in the Eva Rent A Car Group may use your personal data for the purposes specified in Section 3 and transfer your personal data to third party service providers (inside or outside Turkey).

In accordance with KVKK, by applying to us, your personal data;
